The Obici House is the beautiful and historic former home of Planters Peanuts founder and Suffolk benefactor; Amedeo Obici and his wife Louise.  This property with bricks dating back to the 1890’s, was fully renovated to it’s original splendor and re-opened to the public in 2012 as a premier party venue. 

Unforgettable weddings and parties have been hosted at the Obici House since the 70s. The sun sets over the Nansemond river for a mesmerizing view. This is a perfect location for a fairy tale historic wedding that you’ll never forget! This house is not just for weddings, we also host other private events as well.
