$200.00, per hour, 2 hour minimum. subject to 6% rental tax. There are 3 levels to the house, the event will only on the Main floor of house. Guests will be able to walk through the Upper floor and balcony overlooking the river. Bridal suite will be closed. Rental is exclusive to main floor. No food, beverage or event functions on the upper floor. Set Up/ Break Down: Rental Includes 1 hour set up time and ½ hour breakdown.
Onsite Catering, Preferred Caterer or DIY* *Caterer is responsible for all food related necessities including garbage & food cleanup. No Kitchen Access. Self Catering Option: elect garbage removal for $50.

The Obici House has it's own ABC license. Outside alcohol is not permitted. Please call for available options. Bartender Fee: $50 for up to 3 hours. One bartender required for every 50 guests. Service Charge: 20% (pre taxable amount applied to beverage services only)

Linens Rental:$12 per table Coffee & Hot Chocolate: $2 per person (subject to 12.5% tax). Make this a dessert lover’s dream! Bring in your own candies, syrups, toppings and the Obici House will place them for you at this station. Dance Floor De-Install: $100. Fee to have the floor removed for your hourly event Video: A video may play during your event, to ensure it works properly, submit a minimum of 2 weeks prior to event for testing. Save file as a movie and burn as a DVD.
Rental Payment is due in full upon securing the date in addition to security deposit. Add on services balance is due 2 weeks prior to event date.
